Our Story

Vision City Brewstillery started off as an idea in late 2018 amongst passionate entrepreneurs who enjoyed working over a round of good beer. After patiently waiting for the right team and opportunity to come together, the first version of our brewstillery has arrived.

All our partners share a love for soccer, and when Nico acquired the International Indoor Soccer Arena, the team decided to convert the existing restaurant space into a nano-brewery to test their ideas and serve the local soccer community!

In 2024, we decided to expand with a second location. Located between the North Valley and Corrales, the building has been a local watering hole for over two decades. We look forward to serving the local community there while expanding our operation. We will be adding additional beer brews and distilling spirits.

Meet the Team

  • Martin Ulloa

    A co-owner and the Master Brewer & Distiller, Martin is the mind behind the product. He's earned a Business of Craft Brewing certificate from UNM and brings with him an extensive resume in brewing and distilling and has won multiple awards while working for some of the most popular breweries and distilleries in town as well as out of state. Fortunately, he is part of the Vision City family as one of our own.

  • Nicolo G. Muniz

    As a cofounder, Nico has applied his educational background of finance and law along with his professional and entrepreneurial experience in operations and strategic planning to help launch VCB. When it comes to beer, Nico holds a Business of Craft Beer certificate from the University of Vermont and is a candidate to become a Certified Cicerone.
